The application’s deadline is 15 November 2024.
COLLECTION
The collection should be a first reveal and not seen previously at another event.
Runway showcase should include not less than 25 looks
Presentation showcase should include not less than 8 looks
Any look spotted as a duplicate or similar to another designer’s creation would result in dismissing the Maison from the official calendar.

PHASE I – APPLICATION PROCESS

PHASE II – COMMITTEE JUDGEMENT
Once we receive the application, our jury will process the candidature and notify the designer if they have been shortlisted.
During this phase, the designers might be asked to support their application with additional information and references and send a few samples to the Arab Fashion Council’s office.
FINAL III – APPROVAL
Once the applicant has passed phase two, the brand is qualified to be on the Calendar of Dubai Fashion Week.
The applicant in this phase will be asked to share more details on the new collection and the jury might organize a control visit to the Atelier of the applicant.
After receiving all the required information, we will notify you of the approval result to showcase their collection during Dubai Fashion Week.
In this phase, the Arab Fashion Council will work with the designer on the package, calendar, locations, and guidelines. In addition, the designer can request the buyers’ relation team’s support in producing the proper line sheet and lookbook.
The designer will then receive an agreement to be signed and sent back by email with the payment receipt.
BUDGET – UNDERSTANDING THE COSTS
Please note that organizing and producing a fashion show is an expensive operation and requires the participant to be able to fund their participation with a minimum fee starting from 10,000 US Dollars for a calendar listing up to 25,000$ to 150,000$ for a physical show with a prime slot. Or up to 250,000 USD for booking the venue for the entire day.
Upon request, the designer has the right to divide the payment into two installments or request a loan from the Arab Fashion Council to finance their show.
