Spanish designer brand Adolfo Dominguez is delighted to launch its first Ramadan Collection, available in both the Mall of Emirates and Dubai Hills Mall boutiques.

REFLECTING ON A WEEK OF GLOBAL FASHION EXCELLENCE: DUBAI FASHION WEEK (DFW) HIGHLIGHTS THE BEST OF INTERNATIONAL DESIGNERS​

Dubai, UAE, 15 February 2024: The global fashion industry converged at Dubai Design District (d3) once again last week for the third successful edition of Dubai Fashion Week (DFW). The Autumn/Winter 24/25 edition of DFW brought five days of full house runway shows by emerging and established designers, plus capsule launches, events, dinners, talks and networking opportunities. It yet again confirmed Dubai’s ambition and commitment to its spot on the international fashion calendar with numerous strategic advancements: the re-scheduling of the event to lead the global fashion calendar; the new, state-of-the-art venue for the event along d3’s waterfront; more shows and events spread out to new venues across the city; new DFW members and partners on board; and new designer-buyer collaborations and networking opportunities. The event attracted strong attendance from global buyers, media, celebrities and key fashion stakeholders.

HIGHLIGHTS OF DAY SIX OF DUBAI FASHION WEEK AW 24/25​

THAT Concept Store, the homegrown concept presenting curated fashion, art, beauty and grooming experiences by Majid Al Futtaim lifestyle, collaborated with Dubai Fashion Week. As an integral part of the Dubai Fashion Week calendar, ‘THAT NIGHT OUT’ served as the premier closing event. The evening started with a presentation of THAT Concept Store’s slelection of brands, showcasing the Spring/Summer 2024 collections in-store and various activations throughout the space. Curated pieces from renowned brands such as Magda Butrym, Rabanne, Khaite, Vetements, and Marni, among others, took center stage in this fashion showcase. The evening concluded with an industry gathering and an exclusive after-party, to commemorate the closing of the Dubai Fashion Week. It was a night of fashion, art, and celebration, brought by THAT Concept Store and Dubai Fashion Week.

HIGHLIGHTS OF DAY FIVE OF DUBAI FASHION WEEK AW 24/25​

Dubai, UAE, 9 February 2024: The Autumn/Winter 24/25 edition of Dubai Fashion Week (DFW) drew to a close last night after five days of innovative fashion showcases and the convergence of global design talent and professionals, which have all further cemented Dubai’s status as a global fashion hub. Designers headlining the final date on the calendar were BLSSD – who recently became a DFW Member – as well as Adolfo Dominguez and Designers & Us. Day five also saw the season’s final Threads Talk 2.0, where global fashion industry professionals and experts tackled the present and future of the industry.

Co-founded by d3, a member of TECOM Group PJSC, and the Arab Fashion Council, DFW will return for the Spring/Summer edition later this year – dates to follow.

HIGHLIGHTS OF DAY FOUR OF DUBAI FASHION WEEK AW 24/25​

Dubai, UAE, 8 February 2024: Designers showcased their innovative collections and collaborations on the fourth day of Dubai Fashion Week (DFW), with a special focus on emerging design talent. DFW member Dina Ayad presented her Autumn/Winter collection titled ‘Nostalgic Elegance’ to a packed audience of global fashion industry professionals. Meanwhile, DFW veteran Reborn impressed with their streetwear showcase titled ‘Phoenix Rise.’ Sustainability took centre stage with Emergency Room’s thought-provoking collection titled ‘What Am I To Do With All That Is Left?’, along with exciting designer and brand collaborations, marking an eventful penultimate day of Dubai’s premier fashion showcase.

HIGHLIGHTS OF DAY THREE OF DUBAI FASHION WEEK AW 24/25​

Dubai, UAE, 7 February 2024: On day three of Dubai Fashion Week, packed houses welcomed runway shows and exclusive presentations by regional fashion labels Choice, Riva and SELFMADE. Iconic homegrown couture house Michael Cinco unveiled a collection celebrating self-expression, while an insightful session of the Threads Fashion Brunch and an exclusive event by DFW Member Lama Jouni took place off the catwalk.

The event featured collections, collaborations, and launches by Anaya, Humariff, and Maison Sara Chraibi, as well as a notable collaboration between regional icon Mrs. Keepa and Sotheby’s Dubai for the launch of the Mrs. Keepa Studio-Couture SS 24 collection.
