Elisa joins Level Shoes with not only a wealth of over 20 years of exceptional retail experience but a history of championing many great causes in the luxury industry worldwide, from London & Milan, all the way to the Middle East.

Elisa has held senior roles in Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Ermenegildo Zegna for the beginning of her journey towards Level Shoes. At Burberry she was instrumental to the brand transformation from 2004 to 2016, moving to London to lead the newly created Retail Experience EMEIA team, managing the opening of the first Burberry global digital store in Regent St and overseeing the Burberry e-commerce and omni channel launch. She then moved to Dubai for four years where she took the role of Burberry Retail Director in the Middle East. Having previously founded her own consultancy firm in 2019, Elisa has utilized her skills to help develop and start up retail businesses. As a champion for change, with a passion for inclusivity, coupled with being an advocate for diversity, her forte lies in nurturing talent. Elisa headed up the first Burberry EMEA Retail & Leadership Academy and continues to teach Fashion Business at Istituto Marangoni – one of the leading fashion schools in the world.
