The history of KEL began in 2009 in Dnipro, Eastern Ukraine, when founder and lead designer OlenaKondratova started creating bespoke eveningwear tailored to the unique personal stories and desires of her clients. 

What began as an exclusive atelier quickly evolved into a full-scale fashion house driven by years of listening to women and translating their energy into wearable art. 

Today, KEL operates its own production facility, flagship spaces in Kyiv and Dnipro, and partners with select stockists across Europe and Dubai.
