kRESHA BAJAJ

Krésha Bajaj is a contemporary luxury brand redefining Indian couture for a global stage. Based in Mumbai, the label is known for its modern, meticulously handcrafted silhouettes that celebrate the spirit of the fiercely feminine woman who embraces strength, glamour, romance, and play.

Founded in 2018, Krésha Bajaj bridges tradition and innovation, working exclusively with skilled artisans to create pieces that are both intricate and effortless. Each garment is hand-embroidered in our atelier, and made-to-order with couture-level precision.

Our design philosophy is rooted in individuality: we don’t follow trends or seasons. Every creation is designed to last, be reinterpreted, and worn again, with intention.

Creative Director and Founder Krésha Bajaj brings together a legacy of craftsmanship with a distinctly modern sensibility. Born into a family of bespoke fashion entrepreneurs, she grew up in her father’s workshop and developed a deep respect for handwork early on.

Her formal education spans London College of Fashion, Parsons (New York & Paris), and FIDM in Los Angeles. Krésha’s journey into design began with a personal search for bridalwear that felt both timeless and contemporary. It inspired her now-iconic Love Story Lehenga and the launch of her eponymous label.

Her work is deeply personal, drawing from memory, travel, and storytelling. She envisions fashion not just as adornment, but as emotion, legacy, and expression.

At the heart of our atelier is a team of master artisans – third-generation craftsmen – who specialize in traditional Indian techniques such as zardozi, aari, cutwork, and micro-beading. Guided by Krésha’s vision, these time-honoured crafts are reimagined into groundbreaking new forms.

Each piece is the result of hundreds of hours of handwork: slow, skilled, and steeped in meaning. We believe this is the true definition of luxury; not just how something looks, but the care, intention, and excellence behind how it’s made.

We honour heritage while pushing boundaries, preserving the art of traditional embroidery by making it relevant for a new generation of global women.
